BOGOTÁ:

Same day delivery for orders made before 11 am. 

All orders made after 11am will be delivered the next day.

Your package will be delivered between 4 – 7 pm. 

NATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Shipments to other cities inside Colombia will be delivered 24 hours after the present date, from 12 – 6 pm.

From tuesday to saturday.

We do not deliver national shipments on Monday´s, Sunday´s or on holidays.

RETURN POLICY:

We do not accept returns as the flowers are perishable and will wither in the process. If your roses have a problem or your package did not arrive, please contact us and we will make it right.
